This website is intended for use by Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme members who have a preserved pension entitlement or are currently in receipt of scheme benefits. The site is maintained by Capita Hartshead in partnership with the Civil Service Pensions Division of the Cabinet Office.

My Pension Online

Principal Civil Service pension scheme pensioners and members with preserved benefits can now access and update their pension details online through our Member Access website.

Pensioners can also securely view their payslips and P60 details by registering with the website. Access to the data held by Capita Hartshead is completely secure and members are only able to access and update their own pension records. You will be required to login or register to access the site.
